To open an account at Global IME Securities, you need to fill up our KYC form along with one passport size photograph, a photocopy of your citizenship certificate and other required documents.

In case of minor, 

• photocopy of birth registration certificate of minor, 

• photocopy of citizenship of guardian and 

• pp size photo of minor and guardian is required.

In case of company or organized institution,

• A copy of the certificate of registration of the company or organized institution.

• Copies of the permanent account number, memorandum, and articles of association of the company or institution.

• A resolution of the board of directors concerning the completion of customer identification details for the purpose of conducting securities transactions.

• If a license has been obtained from any regulatory body, a copy of such a license.

• Tax clearance or deposit certificate.

• A photograph and a copy of the citizenship certificate of the authorized person.

• Certificate of the beneficiary account opening.

• Documentation revealing the bank account number.
